De-clutter!! First impressions count

First impressions really do count when a house goes up for sale For example....

I'm a big fan of a front door and instantly get excited about looking at the interior of a house if it has a lovely door!!

Make the house as attractive as possible.

My checklist would be-

Clean the front door and neaten up my flower pots. De clutter the bathrooms and kitchen - these are my high impact rooms. .. I'm going to pop the shower gels and spices in a cupboard!! That skirting board that's still missing - it's added to my to-do list. and lastly... My furry friends that I love are going on a play date or walk when a viewings arranged.

Have potential buyers walk away from your house talking about it for the right reasons!!.....
